Mid Autumn Festival
Join the Chinese Student Association (CSA) for our Kick-Off Event as we celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival! Enjoy mooncakes, lanterns, and cultural activities while learning about one of East Asia’s most cherished traditions. It’s a time of community, gratitude, and fun — the perfect way to start the year with CSA!

The Chinese Student Association (CSA) invites you to join us for our first big event of the semester — a celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival!

The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival, is a cherished tradition across East Asia. Celebrated on the night of the full moon in the eighth lunar month, it is a time for reunion, gratitude, and joy. Families and friends gather to enjoy mooncakes, light lanterns, and share in the beauty of the season together.

At our kick-off event, you’ll get a taste of this tradition through snacks, activities, and community. Come meet new friends, learn about the cultural significance of the festival, and celebrate the start of the year with CSA!
